Miki Herme Morita is the Founder and CEO of L Media Group, a New York-based PR and marketing agency that helps fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands grow through strategic communications, creative storytelling, and cross-cultural insights.

After earning a master’s degree in English and American literature in Japan, she began her career in the fashion industry, gaining first-hand experience in retail and marketing. In 2013, she moved to New York and studied Fashion Business at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). Following graduation, she worked with several fashion brands and consulting firms in New York, where she honed her expertise in brand communication and international market strategies.

In 2021, she founded Oui Speak Fashion (OSF), a global fashion business media platform published in English and Japanese. As Global Editor-in-Chief, she has reported from fashion weeks in New York, Paris, Tokyo, and Taipei, and has published over 5,000 articles focused on fashion and beauty business trends. Her editorial perspective and market insight have become trusted sources for brands, PR agencies, and media professionals alike.

Through her leadership at L Media Group, Miki provides strategic marketing support to both emerging and established brands. Her work spans PR planning, creative direction, influencer campaigns, and brand localization for the U.S. market. She is known for bridging cultural and business gaps between Japan and the U.S., helping Japanese brands expand their presence overseas with clarity and impact.

In addition, Miki serves as an external advisor to the fashion and beauty division of JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization), supporting Japanese companies in their global outreach, particularly in the American market.

With a rare combination of editorial sensibility and business acumen, Miki continues to lead L Media Group in delivering results-driven, culturally informed marketing solutions for the next generation of global brands.
